This blog covers our adventures in Allusive from 2013 to late 2015.
In 2013 we made a voyage up the East Coast of Australia to Cairns then with the Ecosustainability Rally to the Louisiades Archipelago (PNG) and the return voyage to Tasmania.
In 2015 we cruised to Vanuatu via Sydney, Lord Howe Island and New Caledonia with a return to Bundaberg in Australia in August 2015

Thursday 9th July Epi Island
After the anchor exercise we had a great sail to Epi Island
(Lamen Bay) which took most of the day--all downwind for a change.
Friday 10th July
After a look around at the local village and
airstrip in the morning we spent most of the afternoon walking to the top of
the island to take in the view and lush tropical gardens the locals were
tending. Another friendly village with many locals commuting in small
(overloaded!) boats to Lamen Island after school had finished for the week.

This is a well known dugong grazing area, but we didn't spot any this trip
The main jetty here is a wreck so all cargo has to be unloaded by hand onto the beach in front of the village
